Two Weeks To Go!

March 31, 2007 by Sara

Just got back from working out at the gym. I am still training for the JDRF Walk (which I will be running) on April 14th. I used to hate working out, but I think I am starting to get used to it and maybe even enjoying it a little.

Remember this situation? I got a check in the mail today for $175. That was nice. It came with an insert that said to avoid further problems in the future, I should present my prescription card when filling. If it was only that easy. I think I would be more annoyed if I did not know that it was a form letter. The only other thing in the mail today was a bill from MiniMed for $103 for 3 months of supplies. Oh well – at least I will have a few bucks to show for my efforts. :)

When I deposited the check in the bank, I noticed that they don’t have envelopes anymore? Huh? I just inserted the check – it scanned it and figured out how much it was for, asked me if it was correct, and I was done. Anybody else have that?

P.S. I an currently at 57% of my walk goal. Wanna cure diabetes? Donate here :)
